We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements for future projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sudoflows will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services we provide or the information on this website. Our liability for any and all claims arising out of a service engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sudoflows is registered, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
